We stayed in Suite 1708 for 6 nights end of Oct. 22. Visiting our son who spends a period in Seoul at the university. The view there from 1708 on the 17th floor goes east across this part of the city and towards the park and ‚Hidden Garden‘ as a historic monument. We always went out to eat as there are lots of restaurants around. Nevertheless the quarter was really quiet at night and in the morning we just heard a faint and distant buzz. The bed was very comfortable and a real kingsize. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Separate (with good door to bedroom) living room with adjoining kitchen including stove, washing machine (!), dishwasher, water heater etc. About 50 square meters of apartment for the price of normally 25 m2 of hotel room. Very fair. TVs in living room and bedroom though we did never switch these on. Very good cleaning service and overall very friendly staff taking care of us. EG reception and even the in-house IT-officer. And: Seoul everywhere seemed extremely safe to us. And this corner of town certainly too. People in Seoul were extremely friendly and helping us along our touristy endeavors. Thank you

nice and safe location, you can reach 명동, 종로, 인사동 etc within 30-35 min on foot. quiet stay, high floor, good city view,most of employees were nice No housekeeping service during holidays, we didnt know, so while we were staying 3 nights, we didnt' get any service(you can get towels if you ask thou) Slippers can be changed as disposable ones. They didn't look clean and feel greasy wherever I wear. At least two comlimentary waters can be provided like other accomodations. It would be a lot cleaner if you remove the carpet in the living room. We found dirt and trash near sofa. Humidifier can be provided,(we asked but no providing) since hotel controls temperature, room was super dry coz of the heater, had to hang wet towels when sleeping.

Located next to a 7-11 that ran 24/7, Coffee Bean and restaurant downstairs, walkable distance to cultural spots (less than 500m) and Myeongdong shopping (1km). Service apartments were spacious and had more space than expected. The location felt comfortable and not crowded at all. Staff were attentive and quick to follow up requests of extra pillows, airport taxi booking and helping us with our travels. Hotel was always manned with 1 front desk staff and 1 security/door man. Definitely worth the price paid for.

Location was unbeatable. Neighbourhood is the right balance of accessibility and a level of local charm feel. We're happy that we're not in the middle of Myeongdong (where prices are very high). Insadong has some pricey places but there's a lot of the independent stores (not chains) to balance it out. The place was very clean, very spacious, great view, and staff is 5 stars! Very helpful and polite staff. Bathroom was enormous.

We loved the location, in the heart of Insadong - a place full of history, cafés, galleries. We also very much appreciated the size of the appartment, which was very large and comfortable, with two bedrooms, a living room / kitchen and plenty of cupboard space. The appartment was clean and quiet. There is also an indoor swimming pool, and a kids' pool which was nice.
